While developing Dream Make, I ask the public to limit their submissions to dreams that are humanly possible, things I could tangibly strategize and build, that didn't stray beyond the realm of physics. But that limitation began to weigh on me. Some of the biggest dreams in life often rest on things we have absolutely no control over. I wanted to find a way to exceed that boundary.

I realized that while I cannot do the impossible, it is within my creative, mental, and spiritual power to be an instrument to act on behalf of someone else's hope through prayer. Prayer Request is a confidential channel where people can share their prayer requests, that I will pray to God. I am praying both for them and with them; I and a stranger are connected in a communion with God/creative source.

This process work explores the ephemeral ways that creation can be. It asserts that if an artist intends and frames an action as art, the medium can be a focused event in time, a thought, a prayer. Theoretically, the project grounds itself in Relational Aesthetics and Social Practice, where "art" is not a product, but the invisible, intimate bridge of connection between two people.
